New version of MAME4ALL for Dingoo Native v1.1

What's new?

+More speed.
+Better compatibility.
-Some bug fixes.

Let me know what else you'd like to see or if any current games aren't working and want them fixed.

I'd like to see the source code :). I know I've been pestering you with that a lot recently, but rules are rules and releasing the code only benefits the project.

Many thanks for Dingoo support. I would like Empire city 1931 running fullspeed in the dingoo version of MAME if it already isn't. I bought a dingoo recently and would love to play that game.  I believe the game had problems in the GP2X version.

d_smagin has started working on a new FinalBurn Alpha emulator for the Ritmix RZX-50, Dingoo A-380/A-320e, Dingoo A320 and GCW Zero. I don't know if there's going to be support for legacy Dingux but I think that we don't really need it anymore after the release of OpenDingux.

A few questions:

You talked a few time ago for a version of dosbox with 30% speed increase, can you release this version please?
Can you release Source code or port at Open Dingux?

FBA, In my opinion the best emulator of arcade for dingoo thanks!!!

It is possible add System16/18 games support?

Respect Mame4all for dingux, this games need a fix:

Hook (No sound) Its a driver problem, no sound in all irem mt games.
Alien Storm. (Not run).
Altered Beast (Graphics glith unplayable)

Alekmaul?s nativeos port not run more games for not enought RAM  but with swap runs very well in your Dingux por:

The simpsom.
Snow Bross 2
Do Do panchi
Caveman Ninja
...

In my opinion the best way to improve mame4all  is porting a new version for Open-Dingux fixing:

Alien Storm, Altered beast and other system 16/18 games that not working.
Add sound to IremGA games.
Add a fast z80 and 68K cores for mips.
More overclock options.

I am more interested in that Dingoo Native versions of MAME4ALL and shortly FBA. There are significant increases in speed just because it is not running under Linux.

I also like the "instant on". Virtually no wait time for start up.

However I will do some OpenDingux vesions too as I like the sound of the GCW-0. As soon as I get one I will do OpenDingux versions of everything.

Well, OpenDingux supports hwsurfaces with double buffering. That's a significant boost in the framerate.

Remember In Dingux and OD you can use Swap memory, and use Tv out with overclock (in native OS you cant use Tv out with overclock).

I am the original porter of Mame4LL for native Dingoo OS.

I hope you will share with us improvment you did to my port slaanesh since I sent you source code some years ago  ;)

Does anyone know who much memory is available to the Native Dingoo OS?
If I remember well, no more than 16MB ... The OS takes 16 MB too.

In native OS or use a cache files like fba or is impossible run many games.

In dingux with swap no RAM problem.

FBA for native os should be great ;)

We should not forget that OpenDingux uses compressed ram (zram) to extend the amount of available fast memory (unlike swap on SD).
