Best SNES emu?
« on: February 11, 2017, 10:45:51 am »
Can anyone give an update on this subject? I started to use this again. Comes in handy for those long bus rides and not be afraid it'll get stolen...

Pocketsnes 2.3.2 has around a 5fps increase in games over DingooSNES 1.6, but I still prefer DingooSNES just because, when set to full screen, it looks GOOD. Pocketsnes's fullscreen looks weird..maybe wrong aspect ratio or scaling..I'm not sure.

Have you ever tried Hot PocketSNES? I don't know how many versions of PocketSNES exists for Native Dingoo, but I have the impression that this is the best Dingoo emulator for SNES.

I just tried it now. It performs around 5fps worse than the pocketsnes I'm using and it also has the squished screen. I'll stick with the dingoo snes emu.
