Title: proper setting for TGA?

I'm using GIMP, Dingoo-SDK (from Google Code), and FGL_Texture.

My question is: What is a TGA's proper settings? -- is RLE compression a must or optional? is origin Bottom-Left or Top-Right? does Dingoo require a specific filesize (Width and Height?)

I just want to inform that RLE compression is not to be toggled. Yet, the image displays as if corrupted either Bottom-Left or Top-Right.
