Crap I haven't even ordered a dingoo yet or gotten a compiler running (although I suspect a psp compiler might work?)

Harteex has a guide on compiling for the Native OS in Windows here:
http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingoo-development/guide-how-to-compile-apps-for-dingoo-native-os-without-the-sdk/
It includes links to all of the needed files and working source code examples.

Thanks, that would be nice but i refuse to develop in windows (linux as primary dev, I'll cross compile to windows, thanks) and I have a working psp dev environment already.

I guess it seems I can just grab 4 executables and run with them already...

Ugh, up to 60 days shipping for a Nov 14 order.
Actually this competition has bad timing since it seems year end deadlines are pretty common for development (and I'm hit with some aggressive ones).
