I've reinstated the wiki somewhat. It's just a read-only dump of the old Mediawiki that I've scraped from Archive.org

If you'd like to contribute a change to the content of a page, you can now do so through Github:

This should fix the hundreds of broken references to the wiki around the boards (and the rest of the internet!)
