Matrimax iPlay- cycles between recovery and rck/logo- HELP! Flashtool?

  Hello everyone, I'm getting desperate here. I have a Matrimax iPlay that is stuck in recovery.  I have managed to find the International rom and I think a good recovery.img file but cannot get it to see to send a flash recovery to it.  I keep finding reference to a Flash tool (Brush tool in Chinese when translating with Google) but haven't found a good repository/link.  I feel like if  could get a good base on it I'd be good to go otherwise it's bricked.

  It cycles between RCK boot mode and recovery, any help would be so sincerely appreciated!

Hi,
Sorry to dig up this old thread, but I've been looking for a rom for the iPlay, preferably the international one, as well as a recovery.
I know it is an outdated device, but I would rather have my son tinker with it than let it get (any more) dust.
Could anyone share their files (rom + recovery + flash tool)?
Any help would be appreciated.
