Look like someone have been start rooting the archos gamepad 2. This is very good news and i will get the gamepad 2 soon.

Interesting! This should allow us to fix the SD read only bug. Hopefully.

Asphalt 8 seemed not to be smooth in the videos.   At least not compared to the S3 or S4 phones.   Much smoother with those than the demos so far with the Gamepad 2.

You can improve the battery life of the archos gamepad 2 a lot by using greenify with root.
