If so, what device?  What was the latency like?  Did you have to root, flash a new rom etc?

Btw, a lot of people talk about flashing roms to get the apk to work, which is weird because it actually will load up on my fire tv stick which cost me 20 bucks during the promo period.  No root available for it yet, so still figuring out what to use for a gamepad for it.

Which is my third question, were you able to properly map controls?

I've heard good things about ipega's analogue sticks, and if someone has gotten it working on one of their lower end devices then I'd love to hear about it.

However, I've found topics with some of these android consoles where they say that the most current remote play apk just force closes at start, so knowing which ones work is good.

Also, need the gamepad to work as the controller rather than the workaround, so knowing which of these android gamepad consoles work as controllers would also be good.  Unfortunately, many people still have problems with getting controls sorted out, so it's hard to tell what will work, and this is crucial to my eventual purchase decision.

I'm particularly interested in the ipega products because of the sticks and L2/R2 triggers.  But if there are other similar devices, that work better, I will look into them.
