gotta love the annoying drum beat going ALL VIDEO LONG.

also pretty nice of them to speed up the video so the emulation looks fluent.

dont. buy. this. piece. of. crap.

Maybe you're right bamboori but I am rather impressed with this though I'm probably going a new gaming device that has a 4:3 screen ratio.

Gah, this is annoying. Actions Semiconductor chipsets are always in really cheap devices, they're very capable MIPS chips which are really good for their price (possibly better than Ingenic) but are close to impossible to do anything with due to completely closed documentation and all the available information on cracking them being for the earlier Z80 chipsets they made.

Also, it's probably emulating at such slow speeds because the screen is too higher resolution for the chipset to handle, 800x480 is a lot of pixels to fill.

I know it's a very old topic, but i got one of these devices and opened it up to give some infos in the people interested in it.

motherboard is a zx8280p-9b2b revision 2.2

The flash rom is a nynix h27ubg 8t 2btr (bc 2 05AA) and there's an extra soldering slot available on motherboard

the processor is a ATJ 2279b zc 71bbba8a

from my understanding the ram is from samsung 019 k4t 1g 164 qe-hcf8  (if i sourced well it should be 1gb ddr ram?)

well this is all i digged out so far, hope this might be of use to someone! :)

Why are the pics of the units(s) on the Kulala site for this thing, pics of it as a wanna-be PS Vita? I think the knockoff Vita style looks ALOT better. Just downright. WOWWwwwww.
Does anybody actuallt have one of these? Wich model do you get if you buy one?

If it's the Vita style, count me in. Especially if it's available in RED.

As a side note, why does it always take Sony like a decade to get around to release the really good colors.
Black is so cliche nowadays. White is a step up in my opinion, but color is where it's at. Yeahhhh...
