Looking for a cheap tablet for an iCade

I recently picked up an iCade for fairly cheap, but don't wanna have to drop 400 bucks for a new iPad, or even a used one around 250.  Quite a few Android apps support the icade, so I figured I'd go with a cheap chinese android tablet.  I've been looking at the Haipad M10

Pros are the CPU speed, Android 4.0 support, internal bluetooth, and onboard camera.  Biggest con is that the touchscreen is resistive.  Still, the price is barely over 100 bucks for a 10 inch tablet.

Nice tablet is a window N90 its around 165 dollar but it has ten point touch its very nice I have the smaller N80 version
