Well since Ginge is a wrapper and not an emulator meaning it remaps things and only emulates small parts of the SoC, that means no. The GP2x and Wiz use ARM, dingoo is Mips so that means a full emulator that makes a Mips emulate an ARM would need to be made . Since they run at almost the same clock speed you wouldn't get any kind of playable performance that way. Now if dingoo used ARM then it may have been possible.
