I bought a device similar to this one at the same price range.  I'm pretty sure cheap chinese handhelds are all the same.  The build quality is poor, buttons are spongy, GUI is basic, buttons are set to defauld settings; no button mapping.  As far as playing games go, mine plays 8 & 16 bit games (NES, SNES & Genesis) pretty decently.  The only thing these things really have going for them is that they are cheap, do run 8 & 16 bit games decently, & it's cheap enough you can beat it around and if it breaks no big loss.

Based on the specs, it's probably just this thing http://www.kogan.com/au/buy/portable-video-game-media-player-camera-1000s-games/ with the cost reduced by taking off the camera and giving it an even cheaper case (without the useless analog nub things).
I play games on: Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, GBA SP, NDS Phat, NeoGeo Pocket Color, Panasonic FZ-10 3DO, Nintendo Entertainment System, Sega Nomad, Sega CDX w/Power Base Converter, PlayStation, Sega Saturn, PC, EGP1000, Dingoo A330, LetCool N350JP, PAP-GAMETA, and (FINALLY!) GCW-Zero SE.

Currently playing: Guardian War (3DO), Final Fantasy II USA Proto (NES on Letcool), Cave Story (GCW-0).
