What does "bewere" mean?

(1/1)

emrextreme:
First sorry for the really off topic. I'm looking for fantastic books and found one on the amazon called bewere the night. It's an interesting book but i couldn't find the meaning of the title anywhere even at urban dictionary. Here's the link of the book;
http://www.amazon.com/Bewere-Night-Holly-Black/dp/1607012529

Can anyone tell me what the "bewere" means? Thanks in advance.

Waiting...:
Oh come on. It's a play on the words "beware" and "were-" as in werewolf, werecat, werebear, e.t.c..

According to the description, that's the theme of the book; folklore about humans turning into animals and shapeshiftng creatures and the like.

It says it right on the cover too: "Tales of shapeshifters and werecreatures by..."

emrextreme:
So basically it means shapeshifting monster, doesn't it?
