The Introductions Topic
« on: October 17, 2009, 06:05:16 am »
New to the forums? here is the introductory topic where you can write a bit about yourself, help yourself fit in, and maybe even make a new online friend or two.

As for me, you can call me Kronus Arm, a gadget, games, and Dingoo lover just like you.

P.S.
Forum Admins, please sticky this thread.

What a great idea for a thread!

Okay so, Hello my name is Max, but you cal call me "omgmog", "moglenstar", "mog", or "God", it's up to you.

Incase you hadn't noticed, I'm the head honcho here :P

I'm a web developer from Oxford, England, but primarily I'm a gadget loving geek. With these powers combined I've created Dingoonity (aswell as the aformentioned powers I've also had help from the Dingoo community ;))

Anyway yes, you heard Kronus Arm, folks! Get posting some introductory posts!

Nice to meet you guys, hope to have some good discussions about our belowed little system.

I'm Cas from Scotland, gaming and movie addict. I enjoy playing about with the dingoo, firmware file types etc more than I enjoy actually playing the games.

I've got a website and I'm in the process of writing up some Dingoo pages including an easy way to convert video files with freeware so I hope I can help out a little.

My name is Kamiyay,

I am from the USA and originally found my Dingoo because I am a reddit addict (although I post under a different name there). After that I've been sold on the thing and have tried to be an active community member (before the other forums went down). I have years of experience running various failed web projects (a forum for friends many times, a personal website or two, etc). They all failed do to me losing interest.

I spend most of my day in front of a pc (I work in QA and do both IT and Tech Doc work at my job). You will often find me rocking out to some sort of Power Metal (although lately it's been Tenacious D). I also one day long to be a writer (so one day you all may be reading my book! HAHAHAHAHA!)

Sup guys?

My name is Ben you can call me that or Rebel, or Rebelphoenix. I'm originally from Texas but I'm currently living in Indiana (aka Hell). I've been gaming since around five years old and my NES still works. I'm currently a freelance computer technician  but I'm looking to go to college here soon to do something better.

Hello Rebelphoenix, you know it's a good idea to post an introduction first before posting anything, but apart from that, welcome and enjoy your stay!

G'day guys!

I'm Goon from Australia.. I've been a gamer all my life since I got a first Sega Master System back in 1990, just found this device last week while searching for something small & portable to play all the roms I've collected over the years, as it just feels wrong playing 10+ year old games on a desktop computer.

Hope to become a part of the community once I get my Dingoo & start contributing!

Thanks for setting up this site omgmog! It's pretty slick!  8)

Oh hai guys. My name IRL is Nate, but you can call me by KarmaPistol (or KP). I ordered my Dingoo today off dealextreme.com, so if what I've read is true, it should be arriving in a couple weeks. Meantime I'll be trying to brush up on all things Dingoo. I've This is really my first time ever jumping into an online community, and I'm so excited because this site is kinda new. Hi there, I am Sam.

I've been lurking around FreeForums and Dingoo-Scene chat.
I had my Dingoo since the start and I think it's a great device.
I even use my Dingoo to play chiptunes.

My favourite game is Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit, and after that the Final Fantasy and Star Ocean games.
I also like to watch Anime, read Manga and playing Doujin games.
