Profit? Or not?
« on: September 01, 2016, 12:12:46 am »
I don't want to talk about this but... If I am to make a game using a Dingoo SDK, would be okay to sell a game I made? I mean, I make it and I'm just wondering if it's okay to sell a game.

Well, of course you can.
If you are using the gcc toolchain, you can sell your game and do whatever you want with it.
Even proprietary toolchains allow you to do that, as restricting commercial use would be... well outrageous.

Well, i thought i was clear enough.
Basically, if you make a game using the Dingoo SDK, it's yours, nothing should prevent you from doing anything with it.
Of course, there are some SDKs around that forbid you to make porn or "controversal" games : for example the Samsung TV SDK.
But as far as the Dingoo SDK is concerned, it says nothing about you can and what you can't do with it.
