I would also suggest that you also implement a touch screen feature, similar to that of the Apple's iPhone and Google's Nexus One.
No need for a stylus, we have our fingers after all, this can also increase user interactivity and can be useful for certain things like typing, web surfing, gaming etc. ;D
Also Flash 10.1 and Java MidPath feature would be a plus.

I agree with the Flash 10 feature!! Also there is a emulator that allows you to do Java MidPath on the Dingoo already (its just not updated frequently and is quite buggy).

I think touch screen would make the cost go way up it's a great idea but not feasible if we want to keep the cost under 150.0o I think the price point will be right at about 100 but not sure this is all theory right now. I want to stay with a small decieve list of goals for the console and elaborate from there...

Out of curiosity, how long are you expecting this to take? I haven't bough my Dingoo yet, I was going to buy one for myself as a present when I finish at uni, but depending on when this might come out, I'm tempted to hold off until then. I saw you said you wanted to make it a reality in a short time, but when talking manufacturing/development, I appreciate that a short time is more than a couple of months!
Also, will you be keeping the TV out? That was one of the big draws of the Dingoo for me, beyond the plain emulation. Oh, and if you've got a faster processor, do you think some of the SNES games that don't currently work on Dingoo (Pilot Wings, Mario Kart, Yoshi's Island, Starfox) might be feasible?
Anyway, good luck with this, it sounds like an excellent idea.

If it happens as I said still feeling it all out and talking with Dingoo-Digital to see if they will do it as they already have the means 6months to 1 Year....
