Haven't heard anything about my Etronixmart order?
« on: October 17, 2012, 10:15:09 AM »
Hello,

my first message on this forum.
I do wish I discovered this http://boards.dingoonity.org/android-devices/hello-forum!-where-should-i-buy-a-yinlips-ydpg18a/ before I ordered from Etronixmart....

A friend recommended them to me, as he got some stuff from them on ebay at the past, but , really I am not sure what is going with them.

I ordered an A320e a few days ago, I got some emails from them (to confirm my postal address) then I received an email that my device will be send on 15/Oct, So far so good,

In fact I ordered DHL shipping too, but I receive no tracking nr/shipping info...

Then I sent a couple of emails to the sales requesting the tracking info, well, they didn't bother to reply to these emails so I started to be a little uncomfortable  (esp. as I read your comments too about them).

So, I assume I ripped off from them ?

cheers

I think it's a bit early to be assuming you've been scammed, but it is true that they have zero customer service skills and are rather underhanded.

Hopefully you still receive your order and it's not faulty, it might just take longer than expected.

For future reference, WillGoo is a great place to order from: http://www.willgoo.com/

thanx mate, I read a lot of good info about willgoo.

Definitely I will update the status my issue here..

update... they replied :

"...At first, we shiped your order by DHL. But because your address is in the DHL remote areas, so it was stopped. Then we changed it to EMS. The tracking number is not available now. It should be available tomorrow. So we will offer it to you..."

very underhanded indeed.... (my address is in UK btw)

well.. I just *received* the A320e !!

I received early morning an email from this guy, he gave me the tracking nr (shipped by DHL as supposed), he wrote that "Our shipping department mixed your tracking with another customer" , so far so good...

I had no problem waiting the device, but I started to be very uncomfortable when they item marked as "shipped" and I received no tracking (and no replies to my emails). I think they should improve their customer services...

cheers
