USB Connection problem
« on: December 29, 2013, 12:18:39 am »
When I connect my 7800 via USB now it just stays on the USB connected screen with that little loading circle constantly going, I can't access the Internal SD card.

Any ideas?

Thanks

when you connect it should bring up a window that says "mount usb drives" or something like that.. click mount and this will open up access on the pc.

if it does'nt come up then check storage options in "settings" there is options on how the device can represent it self to the pc, mass storage is the default.

Thanks for the rreply.

On the tablet it says USB Connected & a button to turn on USB storage. When I press that, nothing happens, just has a loading animation and my computer can't find the internal SD or the micro SD from the tablet either. I also checked the storage options and it is on the 'mass storage' setting. I'm not sure what else to try.

Only got the thing a few days ago too! All I've done is updated to 1.1.4 firmware and used the folder mount app. Is the a master reset to get it back to how I got it?

You can rest it by going to settings and looking at backup and restore I think it's called.

there is a option to wipe user data and more or less turn it back like you got it out of the box.

you could try that.

I uninstalled founder mount and now it works, if anyone else has that problem, do that.
