problem with an unexpected multiple touch on screen
« on: April 01, 2014, 04:29:41 am »
I think my device has a hardware problem on usb section (not sure weather it is the hardware problem or not.) Once the usb wire is connected to my device, it has the unexpected multiple touched issue on the screen even though I just touch only one spot; it looks like dragging the screen so quickly on it vertically and horizontally. It is a bit funny though, because just after disconnecting the usb wire from, then the screen does function properly; sometimes it takes a bit while to be a normal situation.
I have tested several ways to see that happens
    - If I connect both the usb and an a/c power together to the device, then that happen is not being happened right away; around after 10 seconds, it happens
    - If I connect only the usb to it, that issue is so worse than connecting both lines together.
If not using the usb, my device is doing quite functional.
So if anybody has same issue as I have, please generously share of how to fix or alternatively bypass that issue.
Thank for reading it.
:D

Not only JXD. there are a lot of devices that have these "ghost touches" when charging.

use a 2A charger. this solve the problem in most of the cases
