Do you mean the kernels Oc for Android 2.3? or Do you mean how I modify the kernel? In that case I just extract the uImage, modify some stuff in the initramfs, do some hex editing and that's all.

Hi all, first post here, new user in Australia.

I just signed up on the forums as I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of my S5110 from Willgoo.  Should arrive any time now in the next few days.

Anyway, I've been doing a bit of reading that you need a stock ICS Rom with a couple of mods to get the Play Store working on the device, is this difficult to do - I can't seem to find a simple step by step instruction guide, and I don't want to brick the unit rendering it useless within hours of having it arrive by doing something wrong!

Also, when I ordered the unit from Willgoo I paid the extra for DHL shipment, they stated that they'd give me a tracking number within 12 hours of shipping it - the order seems to state "Shipped" on the website and has done since Thursday yet I haven't received any shipping number yet, is this normal for Willgoo?

Thank you very much, I figured it must be delayed due to the weekend but was just a little worried.

EDIT:  Nevermind, the delivery man just rocked up with it.  So I'm having a play on it now, thanks! :)

Skelton- First off thank you so much for your work and support for the community.  I've got a S5110 that I had been using the ICS rom on until recently.  I tried installing the gingerbread rom because I wanted RCA TV out capabilities.  Some of the emulators were pretty unstable, and the UI was unusable (trying to get back to the actual menu for an emulator while playing it was impossible) so I tried re installing the ICS ROM, only now it says I don't have an SD card mounted in ES file manager and I can't find the external SD card in the file manager either.  What have I done wrong?

This happens sometimes when changing from Android 2.3 to 4.0 and viceversa. Install the official ICS rom, and then install the Skelrom and it should be fixed.

One thing I was wondering, is there any way to change where the notification bar sets..Instead of on the bottom, say maybe the top?..Is that doable?
