for the author of this thread.
always when you install any new firmware (stock or custom), i advice to you to read the complete documentation of this, and know what you?re installing, and how to install and, in many cases, how to solve common issues.
is usual that some devs brings new custom firmwares with overclocked options (CPU, GPU, DDR, etc), but not all these oveclocking options are suitable for all devices.
use ALWAYS the most common choice for installing on your device, and then test other alternatives. NEVER install the most aggressive kernel/overclock option, because there are so much chances that this will not work with your device.
and, as personal advice, i don?t see the need of overclocking devices. currently, you can play most of android and emulated (success emulated) catalog with any 1.4 Quad-Core device, and most dual-core devices with optimal firmware.
for TanWorks, i did not tested your firmware until now, because i?m centered on other devices, but i will install and test for helping users with this kind of problems in the forums i frequent visit. My advice is, if you?re installing by default a overclocked firmware, i think is preferible on working with default clock firmware at first chance, and then let the users test other kernels if they wants (always can flash other kenrels for testing, without flashing all the firmware on the device)
anyway, thanks for you efforts on improving this (forgotten by their manufacturer) device.
Zalu2!
