I've been wanting to talk about them since I got my JXD S7800B from them.
I ordered my device on November 15 and it arrived on the 14 of December.
Here's the link to their listing for the JXD S7800B,
http://dealsprime.com/jxd-s7800-quad-core-android-4-2-tablet-pc-game-console-rk3188-1-8ghz-7-ips-1280-800-8gb.html?gclid=CJ_bouvTxLsCFaHm7AodQ2IADgWhile I awaited and was wondering where my package was during the shipping because it felt pretty long. I gave them a quick call to ask them where it currently was. It took 8 rings from the other end to have someone finally pick up and I swear it felt like this lady was calling from her house. It wasn't like, "Hi dealsprime customer service, how can we help you?" No, she very quietly just said, "hello?" Thought I deli the wrong number and asked her if this was dealsprime but no it was the right number. It just felt like very lazy service.
Anyways When the system arrived in the mail, I was quite puzzle by how they sent it. For one, they didn't send it on a box, they send it on an oversize envelope folder with the system's box inside covered in bubble wrap. That didn't stop the box from having bumps on some of it's sides. When I took the system's box out the envelope, the ear buds, cable extension and manual were in the bottom of the envelope, they weren't inside the box. So I guess they just threw them in there in the last second.
This was my first time ordering from that website and mainly because the site was selling the JXD S7800B the cheapest at the time and I can honestly say this well be my last time ordering from them.
Also, I don't believe this is how the original packaging of the system looked inside. I was quite ticked off by it but not too much. At least everything in the system ran fine.
Do you guys think I should call and leave a complaint or something? Or just leave it alone?
