Hi Ken, two doubts...

The page mentions that the Type C of the device supports 5Gbps, is it not technically possible to implement thunderbolt 3 in that port C, which will support upto 40Gbps instead?

And regarding the RAM, is the device coming just with 4GB for saving on costs, or is there a technical reason as well for which it cannot support 8GB RAM?

Thank you.

Hope the campaign goes well without a hitch.

Given I can get that exact hub for under $4 from various Chinese sellers and GPD would be able to buy them in bulk for a lot less why not just include the hubs for every backer?

@kendyzhu777

You should put the GPD Pocket video below at the top of the GPD Pocket Indiegogo campaign page.  It is important to show a video at the top of a crowd funding page. Also , the English needs to be fixed.

Thanks for your concerns. For the Type C port,I will submit your suggestion to our team.We also need to compare it's cost performance.
And for the 8GB RAM.We will seriously consider it.

Pocket has a Type C interface which provides the body with power supply. In fact, Type C interface’s expandable peripherals are very rich.

Hi, I was wondering... if the type C port is used for power, would it be somehow possible to use that port for a different use whilst the device is being charged? How could we achieve that?

You can use a Type C hub to achieve that.

7 hours to reach the goal...that's insane.

I'm very happy about this. It really shows the high demand for these types of devices.
