SNES?
« on: April 17, 2012, 10:21:12 PM »
I just got what I thought was a Dingoo A330, did a bit of research and found it to actually be a Dingoo A330LE which from what I understand is Gemei A330, but my problem is this;

What the hell do I have to do to be able to play SMC SNES roms on this thing? This is kinda the reason I got it. I have Firmware 1.01 and I can't find out how to update or even if I can, and it didn't even have built in SNES support.

I need help! Thanks in advance.

In this thread you will not only find PocketSnes done by Cex, which is an excellent emulator that runs at full speed with lots of features and a great looking menu.  http://boards.dingoonity.org/gemei-a330/native-ports/  It totally saved my Gemei A330, lol. H.G.

Rename the end of the file to.cc and go to the application folder on the far right and then navigate to your  pocksnes.cc file then pick your Rom. Only problem is sound and a few other minor issues. Shame nothing else was developed snes wise for this.

There is no Applications option, only a file browser and it can't read .cc files.

I do not see the "Applications" icon too. It's the "Browser" icon.
Is this a firmware issue?
