My repo is fully working.
It contains apps in test condition and non free license or something else (only apps which don't presented in official or Ziz repos).

List of presented apps here - http://gcw-zero.org.ru/Repo/
Main language is Russian, but all apps names in English, description in Russian.

But for me it also doesn't show opks that are shown on the website's downloads page, like neverball and UAE4ALL etc.
It does?
I removed OpkManager data files and all is working correctly again.

Meanwhile, descriptions for some OPKs, like NeverBall and various emulators, makes OPKMan think it's two different versions, when they are the exact same thing.
I have no idea, what you mean. There is only one NeverBall version? Could you give me a screenshot with the wrong behaviour?
When you install certain opks, they show up double afterwards, because of the names having versions in them or different names when installed.
This happens with ReGBA, PocketSNES, FBA, neverball/neverput, barbie seahorse, wetspot2 of the top of my head.
Install any of the opks I mentioned and see for yourself.

Did you first install the opks and afterwards OPKManager?
Because if you download the opk with OPKManager it will create an alias in ~/.config/OPKManager/automatic_alias.txt. I downloaded ReGBA e.g. and it created this line:
Code: [Select]
[ReGBA 1.45.5]
ReGBA

So if you want to remove the double items, do one of the following:
  • Remove the opk and redownload it
  • Add definitions as shown above yourself to the automatic_aliases.txt. [name] is the shown name of the opk. Everythinf following name is a synonym, which will replace by "name". Of course more than one synonym is possible. ;)

I uninstalled the offending OPKs, reinstalled them with your manager, and it is doing the same thing. However, Final Burn Alpha seems to have been fixed.
Currently...
Neverball/Neverputt
PocketSNES
ReGBA
rRootage
(Barbie) Seahorse Adventures
WetSpot 2
...are still doing the duplicates entries despite uninstalling and redownloading them.

Justrremove the aliases from OpkManager, so opks can only have one name.
I don't see the use of aliases. It's just confusing people to think they do not have the most recent version.

No. The problem is, that the name in the repository differs from the name inside of the OPK. So you download an opk and at the next start you have two versions: the one installed and "another" (very similar named), but not installed program in the repository. If the repository would use exactly the name the opk file defines, I would not have implemented them - you know, it was work to implement the aliases, did you really think I just made them to confuse you?

I just tested it with Neverball/Neverputt, I couldn't replicate your bug. :\
I made quick video:

Dunno, whether this is possible (yet). I made this video on my PC with gtk-recordmydesktop.

Hey again.

Ziz, I finally got around with editing the alias text file. Everything works except WetSpot 2.

You would insert
Code: [Select]
[WetSpot 2]
Wetspot 2
...but when you do, it isn't affected. I did the inverse as well (flipping the capital and lowercase S around)... still no good.

EDIT: Uninstalled the game, deleted the alias entry, reinstalled via OPKMan... works now.

Glad, that is works fine now.

Hi Ziz. Can you add a new filter "new version" and show only new versions or nothing? =)

Yes.
It will not show only new versions and nothing else, but it sorts whether updates are available or not. ;)

I totally forget about this feature request... I will implement it tomorrow.

Greetings Ziz

Edit:
Oh, I totally forget, that I indeed implemented this already...

However as I don't own a GCW anymore and most stuff in this board doesn't apply to me atm, I will stop visiting this page on a daily basis.
If you have a feature request or bug report or something else, please query me on the Freenode or send me a mail (or a PM in this board).

I see this program has the feature to move other opk between internal and external memory. I have a question about that. When you move an opk, does all the related files move as well or just the opk ?

OPKManager couldn't even know, what to move. The program decides what to save and _where_ to save it. In fact it shouldn't matter, whether you start an opk from internal memory, from an sd card or from an usb stick: It should save all configs always to the home directory in the internal space.
