A frustrating bouncing-ball game.

This was previously made for the GP2X.  I've released the source code under the MAME license now as well.

Code: [Select]
================================================================================
Gameplay
================================================================================

The goal of the game is simple: bounce the ball to the exit.

The exit is marked with green circles; exiting anywhere else will result in doom
for the ball.

The ball can jump off walls if it is pushed in the opposite direction as it hits
the wall.

The rest is simple enough. :)

This is one of the best original games made for the GP2X, and I played a lot of it. There's so much more to the game that one screenshot doesn't show, all sorts of nifty menu animations, music, built-in level editor, multiple levelsets. So I highly recommend all you GCW users check it out!

Congrats, Mindless!  And BTW to everyone, this is the same author that wrote the O2XIV image viewer used in your firmware, which was originally large contribution of his to the Open2X community firmware of the GP2X.

Can't beat Six Squares? Need to "rise"? I can only command to "fall" with R...
Unless I'm missing something here...

The blue upward-pointing arrows will make the ball float.

Yah, I'm stuck on that level, too. Very aggravating, but Mindless did warn us that it is a "frustrating" game!
Nanobounce is one of my favorite games for the Zero. Awesome music, cool graphics and sound effects...very, very slick. Quite challenging, too, which is a good thing. I don't think I'll be beating this one for a while.
