Masteries Runners, Arcade Racing Game

Masteries Runners, "Making my game the way I like 2012" contest version.

GCW Zero version.  Author: Masteries, obviously  8)

Controls:

X - Accelerate
B - Brake
Up - Gear up
Down - Gear down
Left - turn left
Right - turn right
Select - Exit
Start - Enter

Installation:

Use Filezilla as FTP transfer client, copy .opk to "apps" directory

Technically is the same version presented for Caanoo / WIZ console;
several progress and addon content are not ready yet, sorry, stay tuned

Whats up with this bullshit of having to upgrade my web browser in order to download this?
I dont need to do that to get a game onto my GCW zero.

Upgrading your browser makes you less vulnerable to hacking by drive-by downloads because the devs fix security holes. By upgrading, you are doing more than getting a game onto your GCW Zero. It's definitely not bullshit.

Get this or this. They'll both load Mega just fine.

You shouldn't have to upgrade your browser. I use IE most of the time and when I get those messages I just close them and I'm still able to download the file anyway.

Masteries is a great game btw, can't wait to see what the updates bring!

Thanks for the game/porting! It runs very well ! :)
If possible, it could be useful to add the analog stick controls and the possibility to shift the gears (L/H) also with the L/R buttons... :)

At this point, you don't have to upgrade (switch) browsers to get anything. However, I would strongly advise upgrading to IE11 if you haven't already, and ensuring that you enable automatic acceptance of all updates rated "Important" via Windows Update. Microsoft also strongly encourages use of EMET.

If you're still using Windows XP, be aware that all forms of support end in less than two months. Microsoft Security Essentials on XP will continue to receive updates for an additional 6 months, but that's entirely symbolic.

If you don't like IE11... or Windows past XP ...for some reason, extensive UI tweaks can be made via Classic Shell.
