OpenTyrian/Chocolate Doom Not launching!!

I don't know what happened
But I just downloaded it and I launch opentyrian and the game instantly returns me to the screen i launched it from

I am on the latest firmware

The same thing happens with chocolate doom, it won't under any circumstances launch games after I configure them and the only version of doom I can play on it is the shareware under the shortcut

Is there any way to fix this?

**EDIT**

I just used a telnet session using KITTY and did a quick chmod +x of the apps folder, OpenTyrian.opk, chocolatedoom.opk and they still do not want to launch.

I also should have mentioned that gcw zero does launch hexen, heretic, and strife as I have those wads
but I cannot select the doom wad I wish to play and since the configurator doesn't "save and launch doom" I'm forced to play the doom shareware that comes with it ;_;

Are your files all caps or all lowercase. Check the other files for heretic, hexen, and strife. See if they are all uppercase or lowercase and rename your files accordingly

Hi cool2000m,
i have install opentyrian yesterday and encounter the same problem.
I resolve it by copying the opk in the internal memory app folder's rather than in the SD app folder's

They are all lower case
It seems the only solution is to recompile the opk files for the new firmware
Ive tried everything
It seems links are no longer working

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!!
You have to start the game by extracting the opk files to a folder and executing them from within the folder.

Open Tyrian needs to launch via the *.sh file, and chocolate doom needs to launch with the apps in the folder for some reason. Just open them up in DinguxCommander and select "execute"!
