Analog "dead zone" adjustment
« on: May 15, 2015, 02:52:40 pm »

Hi, is it possible to adjust the deadzone of the analog joystick? If so, where can I do this?

The reason is that mine is too sensitive to little movements, resulting double scrolling on some stuff like icons on the dingux, and weird behavior with xy on some applications.

Thanks in advance for the help

It sounds like the springs on your A-stick are wearing out. The reason you get random downward movements is because the stick will naturally pull down due to gravity.

In most apps, adjusting the deadzone is not configurable unfortunately and has to be directly programmed in by the developer. As far as I am aware it is also not possible to change the sensitivity in the gmenu either.
