Yes, he said that a long time ago, when he estimated that he would have the units ready way before the extras. But we already know after the delays that it isn't like that anymore.
Now the situation has changed, and he will be able to ship everything in the same package.

So, people say thay don't trust, they need some info to trust. I post the info i got, but people don't trust that info either. That makes me think, why should i even post any info i got? If justin posted the long awaited pic, people will say it's a false pic and continue complaining.

It's frustrating, no matter what we post, people will always complain. So i'm done here. Complain what you want, i don't care anymore.

I am a huge supporter of this, but it really irks me that anyone who 'speaks out' against the project is simply deemed a trouble maker. I see post after post referring to this 'group' of trouble makers who are simply trying to de-rail the thread and stir up trouble.

The thing is, these posts and trouble makers don't seem to exist. It is just easier to go on and discredit people and shout 'conspiracy' than deal with the real issue of unfulfilled promises.

Show the picture of the 150 SE units and just shut us all up, it really is no more complicated than that.

Personally, I don't care if they exist of not, but I do care that a promise was made and now I 'feel' lied to. The key her is 'feel', it doesn't mean they don't exist, it simply means Justin has put himself and us in a position where we are getting negative vibes about the project.

Again, that's not to say we want it to fail, rather, give us something to restore credibility.

I have said this 3 times now. If Justin, his son, Pardue or anyone else for that matter, cannot physically take the picture then get someone at the location to use their phone to take a picture and send it to Justin.

Regardless of us trouble makers, even the most fervent supporters must agree this has gone on too long. Surely, surely, in 10 weeks he [Justin] would have been able to find a small window in his schedule to take this photo and put this whole 'drama' to bed once and for all. (Yes, something else might come up, but that in itself is not a good enough reason to do nothing).

Not really, that is like saying "of course I have it, I have it here. Look, I will send you a picture to prove it."

Then you send them a copy of an invoice. That only proves you have an invoice (or a printer)... if you show me 150 boxes I will believe you have 150 boxes.

Just a poor open handhelds seller from Usa that saw the chance when he saw the H350,
Changed the bessel,and fooled a couple of programmers here, promising payment that never come,

He does not care for it's bakers,
And as we see many of them had jumped ship...

I just hope some legal action will fall on him because of all this,
At least his name is now burned all over the net!

Get you refund while you can people!

Hi Hi-Ban,  I am sure everyone really appreciates all the updates the team are giving them regarding software, where the project is etc. but in the end Justin is the Project Manager and the person they have invested in so he is the person they want assuring them that it is still progressing.

I think the biggest frustration has come from him unfortunately overpromising on numerous occasions and then underdelivering.  No one is belittling the work that has been done from all I have read, but people just want to be kept up to date... regularly.

I don't actually think the picture itself is that important, the important part is him devlivering on what he promised.  I genuinely think that will make a huge difference to the general attitude round here because it would be one of the few deliverables HE has achieved (personally I don't care if he shows the picture or not!).

Hopefully none of this matters and we will all have a GCW soon and this won't matter but it is easy to see the frustration that some of the more vocal posters are expressing.

You've never heard that, generally the simplest explanation is the best? seen how taking just a picture of the SE unit is impossible in lots of weeks the easiest explanation is just that they don't exist yet.

I now have the feeling that we were just a way to raise money for the prototype needed for the preparation of the kickstarter... and I've no problem with that but on the other hand I DO have problem of being lied to...

May be because people, throughout the whole story, learned that the "info" given by Justin is not necessarily the "truth"? And such attitude is not the fault of the so-called "complainers". The ultimate "truth" for which customers have been craving for would be the photo, because "seeing is believing" (not "reading is believing").

And your crusade against "complainers" seems to be a bit blind and arrogant, as you have your faith, Justin's words and no facts. But you still move forth like a truck not even trying to hear people out.

What makes you think the SE's would ship from China in individual boxes? That seems incredibly wasteful - they would most likely come in one big box. So he would still need individual boxes to ship them to customers, regardless of whether the shipment of devices has already come or will be coming in the future.

The chinese sent me a PDF with the box dimensions, so i could adapt the design to that size for them to print it in the boxes.
If you don't believe me, i've attached the PDF i recieved. If you open it, you will notice that the PDF has been done by the chinese.

And before any of you say that Justin could have faked the PDF, i will tell you that he doesn't speak chinese, and he does not know how to make a PDF document.

I don't think anyone is going to start shouting that Justin is now into Chinese box design fraud, that really would be ridiculous.

However, a .pdf of box design is no way proof that there are any units in a storage unit / warehouse in the USA.

I appreciate that you are trying to put this issue to bed, but there really is only one person and one way to do this successfully. In your defence, you have done more to solve this issue than Justin has though, so you get my gratitude for that.

When people ask who are the so called trouble makers, it is degenerates like this previously banned person. I have no problem with people wanting proof they were promised. What I do have a problem with is blatant lying. The H350 is the early Zero. End of story. I am not sure why this theory persists.

I am an early adopter of the gcw and  i have been patient about the posts over here.
 i must say that now i am really tired of the same complaints and of all the trash talk that we can daily find in this forum.

I have a suggestion to the moderators - BAN!

Some ppl are really rude, and they don't deserve to be here.

Yes, but they really are the exception, are they not? I oppose the idea that there is a horde or disgruntled beings out there causing mayhem, all with the single minded purpose of de-railing thread and causing a **** storm.

You've got to remember that this community existed before the GCW Zero, the VOLUNTARY staff here don't need to deal with rule breaking around a thread for the GCW Zero.

There's no benefit to pages and pages of people saying the same things over and over, and no amount of speculation about the cause of the delays is going to make your GCW Zero get to you any faster.

If you have any qualms, or new points/question to raise, make your own topic. All you're doing by posting here is muddying the water.

You should remember that first and foremost this is a Dingoonity community, and lately all I see is a bunch of people registering to complain about the GCW -- which is money, time, server space and database space off of my back.

The Dingoonity rules have now been updated so that banning of derogatory/troll posts is now completely at the whim of the moderators.

This thread serves no further purpose, so for the sake of Dingoonity it's now closed.
This action is taken completely independently of GCW, so there's no speculation needed about the reason for closing it.
