Can we have a video of the Vectrex emulator (with side-by-side comparison with a real Vectrex)?  :D
I wish i could help, sorry!  I dont have a Vectrex, or an emulator of it installed.  I dont know if theyre even working on one at the moment, I havent asked.

The difference is also going to be huge, the GCW doesn't have a vector display.

But should it? Erik Twice says yes!

I have a vectrex and a Dingoo380 with the same emulator as the one on GCW,
of course the real thing can do better diagonals,

but the higher the resolution , the less you'll notice  ;D

I have spent a little bit of time with my zero and figure I would do a quick early impression on it. This just for the prototype mind you.

When I first picked it up the thing I noticed immediately was how light it is. Some people prefer heft to a device but I like my handhelds light. It feels about as heavy as an old ps2 controller. You can carry it all day in your pocket and not notice.  The plastic is matte and does not seem to attract finger prints. I gave the system a good twist to see if it would flex and got nothing. Seems well built.

The buttons are comfortable and very responsive. I have had no issues with the dpad or buttons miss firing so far.

The speakers are loud. When I stared up a game the first time it actually startled me. I was not expecting that.

I despise ghosting on a screen and returned my early psp because of the problem.  So I was actively looking for that or any other abnormalities on screen and was pleased to find none. Not even a hint of ghosting. Great colors and a bright backlight make this screen a winner in my book.

When I get a chance to spend more time with it this weekend I will expand on impressions so far.

I have a true vectrex and I dont care what resolution screen you have you will never be able to emulate it perfectly. The only thing that comes close is parajve and aae on the pc which has a lot of filters to give the effect of tracers and try to emulate the nice straight vector lines

Is there black tape on the case below the screen in that video, or is that some strange glare?

That is a tape to cover an old logo on my prototype.

Does anybody know if the current FBa available for GCW emulate CPS3 system? Would be nice a video of that (in case that emulate it of course).

Hey! Has anybody tried the HDMI out on this thing? Would love to see a video to see what the quality's like on a TV.

Also, would two of these link together for multiplayer? Not overly important, tbh.

Basically, I'm looking for a portable/home console that will play a massive range of retro games with a retro-appropriate screen resolution, with smooth emulation that has nothing to do with Blaze (so Neo Geo X is out). This looks as though it might do the trick. I've considered everdrive but it's like 80 per console!

PS: I already have a Dingoo 320 but its OS's 16 bit emulation is not that great and I haven't seen a way to get AV out on dingux. So I'm hoping GCW zero is the console for me.  :)
