port request/possibility: lugaru
« on: July 22, 2014, 04:21:58 am »
Hey, so I don't have a GCW Zero yet but i've been doing quite a bit of research and I just got a little bit of money today.
Before i buy anything i would like to know if you guys think it's possible to be ported.
Their website says that the minimum system requirements are 300 mhz for the cpu. I'm not so sure about the gpu though.
What do you think?

Lugaru has become open source - so it has a POSSIBILITY to be ported. i am not tech savvy, so i do not know much. If it's open source, which it is, it's possible. The game's graphics look a little bit more advanced then Quake 2.
That's all i can say for now.
I'm back. (for the third time) :P

Yeah, it's already been converted to OpenGL ES (http://forums.wolfire.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=11571)
It looks like the patch is here.

Pickle has a GCW Zero, so maybe he already has a build for it, who knows.
