Outrun should be ported

Since the arcade version cannot run at full speed by any emulator, I think it would be great to have a native version of this game. I has already been ported to PC, with improved features such as widescreen and 60 fps.

BTW. is there any other arcade racing game like Outrun that can be emulated in the GCW Zero with no frame loss?

Wrong.

No port of Outrun can beat the original in a Deluxe cabinet. 3D is all fine and dandy, but a moving ride while you play...godlike:

If I had the money I would. Because I would have the best toilet ever!
I can only imagine the pedals would be on each side of the toilet, a TV attached to the wall across from the toilet, and the turbo would be flushing.

The arcade board ran at 30fps so that's quite an acheivement!

The Saturn port has a 60fps hidden option and the 3DS runs at 60fps also. Incidentally the Sega 3D Classics are half price on the Nintendo store at the moment, not the newly released ones though.

i could not get it to run at 60fps in xmame.  though if you do get it at that speed please share the settings :)
