Title: [gmenu2x] Mono
Post by: vertox73 on August 04, 2010, 12:04:59 pm
Hello everyone. Here is the skin i've made for gmenu2x. It's based on Default (http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingux-themes/(gmenu2x)default(finished)/) theme. Icons are from great icon packs by ~brsev (http://brsev.deviantart.com/) (Token (http://brsev.deviantart.com/art/Token-128429570)) and ~DanRabbit (http://danrabbit.deviantart.com/) (elementary (http://danrabbit.deviantart.com/art/elementary-Icons-65437279)).
I changed the default font, but if you find it hard to read — just copy font.png from any other skin.
The controls have been changed too, so you'll have to rename buttons to match your layout.
I hope you enjoy it :)

UPDATE 23.09.2010: new font, new icons, a little polishing

Nice Theme. Could you make a clean colored one?

Nice Theme. Could you make a clean colored one?
Sure. But do you have anything specific in mind? You'd like to see colored icons?

I like the design of the icons. But i like to have them colored. Maybe only one shaded gradient color for one icon?

For example:
Quake brown->edges-gradient-to-black
Hexen red->edges-gradient-to-black
Gmu blue->edges-gradient to white
aso.

I have it (though I've made slight modifications for OpenDingux). I'll try to extract it later and upload it somewhere. Ping me on PM if I didn't follow up this post until tomorrow night, I'm too busy these days, I may end up forgetting about it...  ::)

Here you go... (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B61_pEmFiM2LM09KVDJyazVJM1E/view?usp=sharing) I've extracted it from my Dingoo, hopefully I didn't miss anything. Let me know if you find any problems.
