Great. I like it. Can you make it read not only pdf, but also a zip/7z with jpeg in it?

Well It's already pretty big for a simple pdf reader so no, but a cbr/cbz reader would be easy, once you work out the unzip/unrar code, and the Licensing issues for the rar format, had a look at it a while ago and It didn't make much sense

Thank You darfgarf... I don't need to ask if there is bookmarking in this release ;) Great work on this update.. I love the page jump and the rotation feature. Thanks again for keeping up with this great pdf reader.

Thank Care

Actually ikonz you do, because there isn't yet, did the work on this the night before getting a very big load of work to do, so no time for bookmarking, at least you can return to the page you were on though :p

The fact that I can jump to pages is enough for me. ;D Its cool that you are still going to implement bookmarking. Now I just have to remember what page I was on ;D

Just wondering? How exactly would I install this?
« Reply #8 on: August 06, 2010, 02:24:24 am »
I just got the local_pack_0.34_2k10_beta1.7z running on it and like it so far but noticed the lack of other apps. For games it's straight to the point but aside from a cool Ti-92 emulator ad a text reader(hell yea) i would really like a pdf reader. But I just don't know how to install these progs on here and would really use ur new pdf reader BIG TIME. HALP! =P

P.S. I love this community and how everyone is always coming up with something new all the time. I've been spreading the word out about the Dingoo where I live and alot of people have wanted to get one for themselves and I'm sending them here for info and DD-Usa to order one.

There's quite a big bug with the menu, I'm on the case and will do a bugfix release asap (but be patient, half an hour of free time each evening isn't a lot for programming in)

I'm aware this is an old topic but it seems appropriate to post here. I'm trying to install this pdf reader on my dingoo using OpenDingux. I had no trouble adding a link in Gmenu. When I open the program it opens to the folder that I specified to look in, I then choose a pdf file. The screen goes black, it displays some text (none of it error messages) something about "switching to color dummy device" and then it goes back to the folder to choose pdf files.

Thanks darfgarf! I'm using it to read yoshi41's fact sheet in Dingux, and it works great! Really useful combination ;D
