Hi, this is a port of FCEUX for Dingux.
I was working on the NESEMU port but i found about fceux and decided to give
it a try since it was a more mature emulator.

You can download it here.

If you don't know how to install an app for dmenu, you can read the INSTALL file or search
in the forums for a more complete tutorial.

This is what i have done so far:

Features

 - Based on fceux version 2.1.2
 - Great compatibility
 - Builtin nsf player
 - FDS support
NOTE: You must put a copy of your fds bios (disksys.rom)
    in the /local/home/.fceux folder.
 - Fullscreen support
 - Zipped roms

 Controls

 Dingoo            Nes
 -----------------------------------------------------
 Pad            Pad
 A            A
 B            B
 Y            TurboB
 X            TurboA
 Select            Select
 Start            Start

 L Shoulder         Change FDS disk
 R Shoulder         Insert/Eject FDS disk
Select + Up         Increase cpu rate
Select + Down         Decrease cpu rate
 Select + Start         Exit emulator
Select + L Shoulder      Save State
Select + R Shoulder      Load State

 ISSUES

 - FDS save states are not working.
 - Small gameplay lag.

 Not supported

 - Movie record/playback
 - Frameskip
 - Screen filters
 - Hight quality sound
 - New ppu core (It is just too heavy Sad)
 - Custom palettes (Not really tested)
 - Nes apu volume settings.

 TODO

 - Create gui for rom browsing and configuration
 - Add support for custom palette
 - Fix fds save states.

Well see ya!

Yes a screen filter is on my TODO list now Smiley.  About more quality in the sound i can add a soundrate option, the emu has a high quality sound and a new ppu core options but i had to disable them because they are too heavy for the dingoo.  Optimizing the ppu or the 6502 core would make a big difference but that's much for me right now, so if anyone is interested please let me know.

Just one question, does anyone think a rom browser is needed? I am using dmenu 0.5 and rom browsing is really fast.

The sound is ok to me. Better than other nesemus on dingoo.
A build-in rom selection is always a good idea, imo Wink

I don't think it needs a rom browser. Dmenu 5.0 lets you skip so fast down the list. The time should be spent on a filter or optimization to get rid if the small hiccups...Do you have a donation page?
