Experimental OpenBOR for OpenDingux

Hey guys, here's a OpenBOR experimental version for OpenDingux. I could not test it thoroughly, especially with large paks, so I can not say if it's acceptable. The smaller paks seem to be much faster than legacy.

estimated probe saint seiya game weighs something like 115MB and really works great, takes a while the main burden but once the game loaded no problems works very fluid congratulations.

But forgive the English occupied the google translator lol I'm from chile.

This is awesome! I tested this with D&D Rise of Warduke, Double Dragon Genesis, Final Fight Gold CE, Sailor Moon Plus and Saint Seiya and all of them runs very well! Only Night Slayer is ULTRA slow and unplayable (0,01 FPS). Thanks Shin Nil, excellet work!
