Stevie A:
Some guides claim you need to download the keychain. Is this right?

codiak:
If you mean the toolchain... its only nessesary when you want to compile programs

Stevie A:
Sorry, yeah. Ok.

Man, you wern't kiddin about the price thing. MicroSd is where everything's at now anyway. So got my hands on that. the installation instructions are fairly straightforward, and everything's setup to make it as simple as it can be. Little frust'rating. Kinda fun really.

It's frozen on the Dingux screen. I remember somebody else had this exact same problem. They were using a mac ad it just froze on the dinguxwww.dingux.com screen forever until he fixed it. Problem was, he never said HOW he fixed it. I thought it might've had something to do with those invisible DS store files the Mac puts on everything, so I think I go rid of them, but the problem hasn't gone away. Any suggestions?

Did I maybe miss a step? It's possible. What was I supposed to do with the local toddlers pack and when was it supposed to go in the SD card? (Edit: Nope, that didn't help.)

Thanks for all so far.

Okay so, flashed it again entirely on windows, got rid of the China Chimp drivers (there were two of them just like with Kaxxx, whats up with that?) reformatted the SD card in windows to fat32 and put everything that's supposed to be on there on there including the latest toddlers pack. Don't know what I'd gotten my hand on last time, but it wasn't that.

Anyway, still just hangs on the dingux splash intro screen. So. Same question applies.

Mechanical pencil works great for the reset button.

Edit:Sorry about the double post.
