I added full SDD-1 support. -> So you don't need graphicpacks anymore!!

All SDD1 Games work now:
+Street Fighter Alpha 2
+Star Ocean

Compiled against latest toolchain+elta's patches. (use elta's root!)

Download+Source:

Mystic Quest Legend
Dungeon Master

Does any other of these Games is working for you with this snes9x version?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Super_NES_enhancement_chips#List_of_Super_NES_games_that_use_enhancement_chips

working:
+Street Fighter Alpha 2
+Star Ocean

Thanks, interesting, I wonder how far the emulation of the additional chips can go on the Dingoo, before you reach the limit of the CPU capabilities.

Just a quick update. I managed to get "HighRes support", this solves the Font problems of "Secret of Mana", "Seiken Densetsu 3" and "Rudra no hihou".

For this I have to remove the crappy Fullscreen scaling. I think no one uses this not so nice scaling, right?

One problem left is the Savestate screenshot functionality. I found it very nice, but i have to modify this because of my changes.

Stay tuned.  8)

Not yet. When i found a fast solution i will add it. But the old bad fullscreen scaling decreases the Framerate about ~5fps.

yesterday i tried to play demon?s crest...no doesn?t work anymore, it boots until the capcom logo, then nothing...furthermore i can?t play super metroid redesign anymore...with the 20091124 version i hadn?t any problems. what?s going on?

I will check this. What you mean by "super metroid redesign" ?

super metroid redesign is a complete hack, at the selection screen some graphical issues appear and after i selected a savegame nothing happens...and i tried different versions of demon?s crest, always the same problem..then i installed the previous snes9x version, boom the savestates in both games work again...

Ok it was my fault. I checked Pitfall, Super Metroid, Demon's Crest, Castelvania -Draclua X, Jurassic Park & Jurassic Park Part 2.

All of this Games use the same Flag.

I wrote this,
Code: [Select]
Settings.DSP1Master = Settings.ForceDSP1;and now they are all working again :).

Thanks for reporting this!! I don't have the time to code and test. Thanks.

In HighRes Mode, the SaveState Screenshots are not working. I search for a solution. I forgot to say, this are all Testreleases.

If i release the first final version, i will post it in the Release Subforum. Thx to all for testing.

I thank you for your hard work to program for us such awesomeness :)

ps.: has the code you posted any benefit? I mean can I use it to paste it somewhere to solve the flag issue or will you release it with your next version?

Hi great release!
Would it be possible to disable transparencies with this emu?
I know on the wiz version of pocketsnes disabling transparencies give the majority of games a good speed boost, and theres only a handful of games that use this?
