Thanks for the info. I was not quite sure what all I needed. I'm pretty sure the same site I had used had earlier kickstarts, plus the one provided above...I oughta be able to get it working.
So all's I need is the kick.rom program and some ROM's, right?

Yeah mate, you just need the UAE4ALL release, the kickstart rom I mentioned/linked, and some Amiga game roms, (adf's), follow the readme in UAE4ALL, and you should be fine. I've had some luck: some games load fine, some load but are too slow at present, and some don't seem to work yet. I'm sure a list will eventually be made of working games etc. As far as where to get your roms, (I won't post links, not sure if that's allowed?), but just Google "The Game Archives", or "Snesorama", "DopeRoms" etc etc.  |

I already have loads of sources for ROMS. Just didn't know for sure what other software was needed to make this one work riight, the README was not entirely clear on this point. (Maybe it was for some people, I dunno, but I had trouble with it, anyway) |

I recommend to use the original A500 kickstart 1.3, md5sum: 192d6d950d0ed3df8040b788502831c2 It is needed people for testing all games of web game list and send me the results by email. PLEASE, TRY WITH THIS NEW PRE-RELEASENow works games that uses group-0 exceptions like 'Shadow of the beast' and I have unloaded sound core. |

Hi
A couple of games I can't get to work:
Paradroid 90 - game is playing with sound but doesn't display graphics
Pac-Mania - Same as Paradroid 90
Qwak! - Doesn't boot into game.

Unfortunately, Pacmania does not support throttle, set to 0 from menu for this game. In general, try with different throttles when a game does not work. Remember that throttle option is set of emulation cuts for speed up. Higher values is more fast but it is less accurate. Each game supports a certain throttle, see the third column of Game Compatibility List table. |

Will you be adding better keyboard and mouse support in the future would love to play games and apps that use the mouse like canon fodder it has a trainer I can't seem past the screen says f1 or f2 i bring up the keyboard and nothing...

i have tried to play but it doesn't seem to work... - the emulator uae4all is downloaded from here http://chui.dcemu.co.uk/uae4all.html- the kick start file was named "Kickstart v1.3 rev 34.5 (1987)(Commodore)(A500-A1000-A2000-CDTV)[!]" where i got it from, so it seems ok i thought the adf file names were the problem so i renamed them not to be longer then 8 char and no caps the emulator loads, i choose a rom and then click run (i click it with the left shoulder button), the black screen appears (the one with the three squares in the bottom right), the screen flickeres a few times and then nothing |

You need to rename the kickstart to KICK.ROM (all CAPS!). |
