As for Multiplayer, Alien Grey has tested everything and explained:
CPS1, CPS2,FBA (Firmware V2.00.20) NEO-GEO and FC (NES) have two player mode. All other emulators support only single player mode.
I also tested all emulators with TV out. All emulators were tested with a fighting game to see the clock running so I could compare it with a real clock.
CPS1, CPS2, FBA, NEO-GEO, MD (Genesis) and GG (Game Gear) run almost perfect with TV out.
GB (Gameboy) runs good with TV out.
GBA (Gameboy Advance) and SFC (Super Nintendo) run a bit to fast with TV out.
GBC (Gameboy Color) and SMS (SEGA Master System) run a bit to slow with TV out.
FC (NES) runs way to slow and is actually unplayable and I'm wondering why it has a two player mode and is so bad with TV out.

What this means to me is that (for now) I will reserve my A320 for Gameboy Advance games and Sega Master System, SNES, NES games.
I am going to use my A380 for CPS1, CPS2, FBA and NEO-GEO Mulitplayer. I will also load Genesis and Game Gear, and Gameboy games because they work well with TV out.
Also, for the A380 with the new firmware the following emulators work with these file types
(thanks again to Alien Grey for this list)
CPS1 = CAPCOM System 1 - .zip and .fba - game sub folder cps1
CPS2 = CAPCOM System 2 - .zip and .fba - game sub folder cps2
FBA = FinalBurn Alpha - .zip and .fba - game sub folder fba
NEOGEO = NEO-GEO - .zip (needs neogeo.zip that contains the BIOS files) and .fba - game sub folder neogeo
GBA = Gameboy Advance - .gba - game sub folder gba
SFC = Super Nintendeo - .smc and .sfc - game sub folder sfc (is going to change to snes with new firmware)
MD = SEGA Mega Drive - .gen, .smd and .bin - game sub folder md
FC = Nintendo - .nes - game sub folder fc (is going to change to nes with new firmware)
GBC = Gameboy Color - .gbc - game sub folder gbc
SMS = SEGA Master System - .sms - game sub folder sms
GG = SEGA Game Gear - .gg - game sub folder gg
GB = Gameboy - .gb - game sub folder gb
FCEU = Nintendo - .nes (uses the same directory as FC) - game sub folder fc (is going to change to nes with new firmware)
