Dingoo A380 freezing

 ::) after i received my dingoo. unbox and check my dingoo.  :o i went to the area auto update. but after . my dingoo was power off. "out of battery". and now. my dingoo freezing in here.
plz help me.
 :( How can I restore the system dingoo. thanks

the only way to fix it. is take the device back to after-sale repair let them reburn it by  "burn tool"
When the device low power should not do update.If you must need it.Plug the USB power lable.

SONIC SHOCKER:
Have you tried using the "Reset Hole" at the left side of the A380
Just insert a pin and push about 5mm deep it should reset your dingoo

Give it a go.. it might help.
