can you play mkv or not on dingoo a380 ?

hi guys i wonder if some one code help me here i just got the new dingoo  a380 and alot of people are saying that i wode be possible to play mkv on it

am a bite new to all this so what most you do to get it work on it???

as a anime lover and all the new anime are mkv are abit hard to get some new animes on it then :(                       

so am only interest in the fil it self, then how to get the best quality on it

any one how code help me ?

I wouldn't risk.

If i were you, i would pick an A320, convert these MKVs there to RMVB or MP4 and play then on the dingoo.

the problem with that is the sub inside the mkv  :o

i have tried fells like every thing but cant get it out so i can use it like that

for am on you there with the converting to mp4

but its with that the sub dont follow with the fil if you convert ??? 

with make it really boring to watch avi works great (but nobodys make them anymore )

have try to use mkvmerge GUI  but only get out a mks fil form it then

is there something you can do to make it work on RMVB  or MP4 or get it to srt some how ?
