A380 won't shut down

I just got my A380 yesterday and it won't shut down, even after holding the power switch up for ~10 seconds. The hold function works fine.

Alien Grey:
Use the Reset button with the Dingoo A-380 original firmware or use Reboot with the custom firmware. After a reset or reboot it should be possible to shutdown the console.
