Hi
i just got a dingoo a320e (same as the dingoo a380 i'm told but with no wireless or g sensor)
i'm curious about how i update the firmware
is it true i must open the console?
everything was running fine until i tried to use the shoulder buttons in a gameboy advanced game and realized that it only recognizes the a and b buttons
i'm hoping it just needs an update
help would be appreciated
thank you

The Dingoo A-320e looks the same but it isn't.
You don't have to open your Dingoo A-320e to update the firmware because it doesn't use a MicroSD card as an internal drive but uses NAND.
There's no firmware update for the Dingoo A-320e to update MiniOS but there's a dual boot loader to run Dingux from an external MicroSD card.

thank you that clarification is much much appreciated
so i guess now i'll go looking for that dual boot loader
hopefully thiers a dingux GBA emulator that can use all the buttons

You'll find what you need here: http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingoo-technology-a380/dingoo-a-320e-dingux-firmware/ (http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingoo-technology-a380/dingoo-a-320e-dingux-firmware/)
Or here: http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingoo-technology-a380/dingux-for-a320e-modified-firmware-v0-2/ (http://boards.dingoonity.org/dingoo-technology-a380/dingux-for-a320e-modified-firmware-v0-2/)
I don't know if there's a GBA emulator for the Dingoo A-320e.
