Dingoo a320 or GCW Zero
« on: October 26, 2012, 11:23:20 PM »
My Birthday is coming up and I wanted my mom to get me another dingoo a320 for my birthday since my last one broke. But I saw the GCW zero and I'm really excited/ impressed with it. But it's so new and unreliable that i'm a little skeptical So to those if have one can you answers these questions for me?

1.How does it run SNES/GBA/NES/SG/GB etc game
2. Do the emulators built for the native dingoo a320 hardware work on the GCW zero
3. How's the shipping
4. Is the Select button too close the A and B buttons( sounds like a ridicilous question but i recently played the PSP vita and what really irked me about it was that the analog stick was way too close to the buttons)
5. Where can I buy it?

It's not actually out yet. The first shipments of the special edition pre orders are starting to ship next week.

If you PM GCW on this board you might be able to get one of the special editions but I doubt it...

Really well. See this thread for details.

The device runs on GNU/Linux, there is no uC/OS-II. So the short answer - Dingoo A320 native emulators WON'T work on the GCW0. However there is binary compatibility (minus hardware/software float, but we'll solve that somehow) between A320 OpenDingux and GCW0.

I never had issues with this. For me the distance between B and Select button is perfect. I have heard opposite opinions on the other hand.
