Dingoo A320 LCD Flipped Horizontally, Help!

Hey everyone! well my topic subject sums it all.... i've bought a dingoo 4 months ago, and 1 month ago i accidentally cracked the lcd screen, so i bought a new one at dealextreme. after a month i got it, and i replace it, but now when i turn it on the screen is horizontally flipped, (on native OS, i havent installed dingux on it yet). the original LCD model was ILI9331, and idk what model is the new one.
Any ideas on how to fix that?

so you bought a new screen right?

sounds like you've got the other lcd (9325), though why would dx sell the older screen as a replacement if all the dingoos now have the newer one?

you'll have to reflash with the 9325 controller, think the unbricker tool lets you select it (haven't touched native in ages though)
