What's the best Turbo Grafx emulator for native os?

There are two for the native os. Dooengine which is very slow and the Dinoo-Hugo which is pretty nice a few compatibility issues but nice.

I noticed Dinoo-Hugo has the same slow down on games like dooengine does.
