Well, thing is, i think most of the devs in this community doesnt know how the PSX works, so they can't write an accurate/precise frameskipping. And i think they ain't interested in "putting the truck on the mole-hole."

Still, i think there is info about the PSX technical and other bullshit floating around the web, but i myself doesnt know how to code, so.. useless. Otherwise, i would have done it a long time ago. (or not)

Well, i cant really help on the code part, but any other thing i think i can help (or not).

Either way, would be awesome to have that little function working.
