Dingoo a330 does not see .sfc, smc, .nes, .gbc files

Hi everyone. A new owner of the a330. I used to own a a320 but it died.
Anyway, I am trying the native emulators (will fiddle with Dingux later) on it. Seems that the a330 SNES, NES, and GBC emulators do not recognize the roms of the respective systems. It's been formatted by me as FAT32. he GBA and Genesis roms are fine...what gives?

I'm having this same problem. Unfortunately, people seem to be avoiding this problem like the plague, Ive been searching for hours and I have found no answers.

The Dingoo Technologies A330 (black psp lookalike) or the Gemei A330 (white only)...?

Harteex:
Are you missing the .sim files for these systems such as nes.sim? See if you can find it on your device, it should be placed in the GAME folder.
If you have, try to force a refresh by doing "Update Jukebox" at the bottom of the music menu.
